2. A slightly heated light is illuminated into your smile zone for 15 minutes, during which time you can relax and watch television or listen to music.
3. The light activates the ingredients in the gel, penetrating the teeth and bleaching away the discoloration – without harming the structure of your teeth.
4. After 15 minutes, rinse!
